AmoSpace for AMOS Professional

Bring a new dimension to your AMOS Professional programs!

Create fast-moving space games, racing tracks, atmospheric mazes, flight simulations, animated presentations and your own polygon worlds. AmoSpace gives AMOS Professional programmers a powerful set of tools for building real-time 3D software on the Amiga.

Objects and cameras can move and turn with full six degrees of freedom (6DOF).

Build scenes from as many as 32 loaded models and 32 independent objects, then bring them to life with 63 materials, directional lighting, distance, collision and aiming functions, and a 3D starfield (space-dust) effect.

The optional texture modes are intended for faster or accelerated Amigas. AmoSpace provides perspective-corrected P16 pixel textures and projected-vector textures.
It also works with AMOS Professional Unity, allowing you to add 256-colour foreground graphics.
AmoSpace is compatible with  the standard AMOS Professional Compiler, allowing you to create stand-alone Amiga executables.

The included D3Edit object editor lets you create and modify models visually. Build objects from boxes, wedges, pyramids and planes, import OBJ models, transform model components, edit face materials, choose palette colours and design P16 or vector surface details.

This version requires AMOS Professional 2.0, an Amiga 1200 and at least 4 MB of additional memory.   - You also need software to write ADF images to floppy disks.
